Poul Kjærholm / 1929–1980
A master of modern design, Poul Kjærholm was renowned for his fascination with steel and his deep appreciation for natural materials. In 1982, two years after his passing, the Kjærholm trustees entrusted Fritz Hansen with the production and distribution of The Kjærholm Collection - a series of iconic designs created between 1951 and 1967.
Today, FRITZ HANSEN proudly continues to craft and distribute Kjærholm’s timeless furniture for architects, designers, and private collectors around the world.
