At Casa STC, the kitchen is more than a space—it shapes the home's architecture.

The island anchors the open-plan space, while the open vertical uprights of the 50’s shelving system act as sculptural pseudo-columns, subtly defining the kitchen without closing it off. Their rhythm creates structure, separation, and continuity while preserving the interior's openness.

A 1930s home in Tenerife, where past and present meet.

This home sits in the historic Barrio de Los Hoteles, originally designed by Domingo Pisaca y Burgada. At the centre of the kitchen, a Maxima 2.2 island extends toward the patio, creating a fluid connection between interior and exterior. Natural materials, hydraulic tiles, and a green marble worktop bring depth and continuity to the space.

Maxima 2.2 tall units with retracting doors preserve a clean, uninterrupted surface. Revealed within the sleek interior is a fully equipped work area, featuring an extendable stainless‑steel worktop that provides extra prep space when needed and tucks away to maintain a simple, uncluttered space.
