Venelin Kokalov leads Revery Architecture, an internationally recognized practice known for creating works that connect people, nature, and emotion. At its core, his philosophy holds that architecture should do more than perform efficiently—it should inspire, engage the senses, and enrich the way we live.

We’re thrilled to announce that after years out of production, Niels Bendtsen’s Ribbon Chair design has been reissued by as the Limit Lounge Chair.
In 1974, Niels Bendtsen designed the Ribbon Chair in response to soaring shipping costs and economic uncertainty following the Suez Canal crisis. Beyond its distinctive presence in any space, the chair’s innovative design and construction allowed it to be flat-packed and shipped efficiently—earning it a place in the Permanent Collection of the .
The rediscovered design is now available in expanded modular configurations and an outdoor version.
The Limit Lounge Chair officially launches on June 10 and will be on display in our showroom shortly thereafter.

Join us on May 14th, at our 50 Water Street showroom to celebrate Larry Beasley and Michael White’s new book, Planning the Future of Abu Dhabi: A Canadian-Emirati Collaboration for Sustainable Urbanism.
Light refreshments will be served at 5:00 pm, and a deep-dive discussion will start at 6 pm. The presentation will be Live Streamed.
Planning the Future of Abu Dhabi tells the inside story of a team of Canadians who helped transform one of the world’s quintessential boom towns into a model of sustainable, livable urbanism. Co-editors Larry Beasley, a Member of the Order of Canada, former co-chief planner of Vancouver, and founding principal of Beasley and Associates, and Michael White, associate vice-president of Campus and Community Planning at UBC, led that five-year initiative on the ground in Abu Dhabi. The result is a compelling account of visionary planning in action, at an extraordinary scale, in one of the world’s most dynamic cities.
