Let's talk about growing up with, "advantages" vs. "lack" of "advantages".
The biggest, "advantage" about growing up in an emotionally and physically safe household with successful parents, is that you're surrounded by highly beneficial behaviors that help you develop in ways that makes it easier to create an amazing Life as you get older.
You get serving behaviors applauded, rewarded and backed up, instead of facing criticism, attack and potential loss of community. Solving issues, going for healthy aspects of what you want, improving, creating opportunities, knowing what you want and standing up to unhealthy behaviors are seen as positive aspects of capability, instead of a threat to be challenged and taken down.
The bright side, is you can grow beneficial habits and behaviors at any point in Your Life. You just have to be willing to be open and adapt to new ideas. Getting what you needed in childhood meant it was easier to normalize having these behaviors in adulthood. You can absolutely create these things, now.
I want to be clear and say, depending on what past circumstances one has had, that can be easier said than done. Multiple modalities may be needed, along with a ton of effort. That said, it is absolutely possible to get further ahead than many people realize. You just have to be willing to do your work!
What's important to understand is that regardless of where you came from, the path forward tends to be the same for everyone to at least some degree.
*Life on this plane involves effort
*You have to be willing to do your work
*To move ahead you have to be willing to grow
*An open heart with a capable mind and body will always draw far more people and create an amazing clan than the results of giving up your power, ever will
Having to undo a childhood full of unhealthy behaviors aimed at you may make the process take longer, yet longer still equals possible!
You can have an amazing Life. You just have to figure out how!
