1/8 roundover bit doing its magic on this beaded profile. To help remove some stress from machine both sides of this profile we used a 60° v bit to remove most of the material beforehand. CanCam CNC Machines Since 2012
TrueCore MDF Doors
Premium one-piece MDF cabinet doors, CNC-cut and made in Canada. Primed, sanded or raw options. Fast lead times and Canada-wide shipping.
When we sell a door as “RAW,” we still care about the finish. 👌
At TrueCore, we use premium MDF because the material itself makes a difference in how much work comes after the CNC.
Better material = cleaner machining, better edges, less sanding, and a better surface to work with.
That matters whether we’re selling RAW doors to a customer who wants to do their own prep, or SANDED doors that are ready for primer.
We’re not looking to save $10 a sheet if it means compromising the integrity, consistency, or quality of our doors.
We’d rather build it right than build it cheap.
That’s the TrueCore standard. 🇨🇦
Matching an existing kitchen, down to the details. 👌
For this project, we replicated a beaded cabinet door profile to seamlessly match the customer’s existing kitchen. We also used white-backed material as requested.
Every profile is machined with precision on our CanCam CNC Machines Since 2012 giving us the accuracy and repeatability needed for custom replacement doors.
When the goal is to make new doors look like they were always part of the kitchen, the details matter.

No more sharp edges. 👌
Our Raw Shaker Standard doors are machined with rounded edges throughout, not just the front profile.
✅ Inside profile
✅ Outside edges
✅ Back edges
✅ Corners
Why? Better paint retention.
Sharp MDF edges are more prone to breaking down and losing paint coverage over time. By rounding the edges, we give the coating a better surface to hold onto, while making the doors safer and easier to handle.
It’s a small detail. But it makes a BIG difference in the finished product.
That’s the TrueCore difference.
TrueCore MDF Doors are built for cabinet shops that demand precision, consistency, and a better finished product.
Every door is CNC machined from premium MDF and HDF, with crisp profiles, sharp details, and a finish-ready surface. From classic Shaker styles to more detailed profiles, TrueCore gives you the flexibility to create doors that stand out.
Made in Ontario. Built for Canadian cabinet makers.
Sharp corners make all the difference.
Our CNC machining delivers crisp, defined corners throughout the profile for a clean, precise look. No soft or rounded transitions where you want sharp detail, just consistent machining and a profile that stands out.

A great choice for those who want a little more character while keeping the clean, timeless look of a Shaker door.
