Vaulted ceilings deserve a statement. These custom floating beams, finished in our signature Weathered Fir stain, add warmth, depth, and just the right amount of contrast to this beautiful new build. A simple detail that completely transforms the space. Thanks to one of our trusted builder partners for another great project!
Craftsmanship
Always looking for ways to build a better product. We changed our door construction from traditional panelled rails and stiles to solid rails and stiles around the core, giving our doors more structural strength and helping eliminate blowouts and future callbacks. Bonus of today’s assembly? It reminded me my Domino XL vacuum port was plugged… that explains a few things! 😂
Not every part of woodworking is glamorous. Before these MDF glass doors ever see a coat of paint, every mullion, edge, and surface has to be sanded to perfection. The smoother the prep, the better the finish.
With the shop packed full of projects, sometimes that means putting in a few extra evening and weekend hours to keep things moving. This video is sped up… if only sanding happened this fast! 😅

This living room got an upgrade!
From a standard MDF mantel to a mantel with some character. These clients said their living room had been transformed!
This basement renovation is one for the books!
What started as an awkward space, our clients wanted to create a private home office. The opening was quite large so created 4 equal doors and made the outside ones fixed so they act as walls, not doors.
Then the matching French doors allow a welcoming entrance into the office.
Complete with Frosted glass to allow for privacy while still letting light flow and mahogany finish to match their current cabinetry.
Custom Maple hoodfan cover to match this new homes cabinetry and beams.
