Say hello to the recipe of the month, Orange chai!
Ingredients:
1 cup water
2 bags chai tea blend
2 tablespoons Orange juice
0.5 tablespoon orange zest
1 tablespoon maple syrup
3/4 cup whole milk or nondairy milk
2 ounces Irish cream liqueur
Orange peel (garnish)
Instructions:
Bring the water to a simmer and add the tea bags in a saucepan. Simmer for five minutes and then remove the tea bags.
Stir in the orange juice, orange zest, maple syrup, milk and irish cream liqueur. Simmer until slightly thick and warm. Strain the cocktail into a glass.
Garnished with an orange
