We often bring damaged backpacks and bags back to life. The most important rule? Don’t try to fix the zipper yourself.
The worst thing you can do is rip the zipper out — it won’t make the repair cheaper or easier.

👉 In many cases, the zipper can actually be saved — all it takes is replacing the zipper pull. That’s what we know, what we do, and what we do well.
