approximate measurements. If you have multiple small items, you can group them together in one or two photos but please make sure the items are clear in the photo and taken in good lighting. We also buy liquidation pallets of area rugs and furniture and price the items at 30-50% off of original retails. Consigners are paid after their account reaches $50.00. Cheques are issued monthly on demand once your account reaches $50 or all of your items have sold. Consigned items will be displayed for 60 days in the store. If they do not sell within the 60 days, and are not reclaimed, they will become our property. Items that are clean and current in style are what we sell the best. The better your item shines, the more money you will make on it and the better positioning it will receive on the sales floor. Furniture- newer styles (5-10 years young)
Older furniture-we have a DIY market that will buy and paint these pieces if they are priced low. We will accept:

*Accent lamps
*Floor lamps
*Accent and occasional tables
*Dining furniture
*Bedroom sets
*Dressers/washstands
*Large decorative pieces (bowls, vases, art)
*Mirrors
*Wall art
*Upholstered furniture-current colours with no rips, stains, pet hair or smoke odor

We do not accept:

*Ceiling type light fixtures
*Anything not considered to be decor for the home (ex; electronics and excersize equipment)
*Damaged, outdated or dirty items
*used bedding
*curtains
*china sets unless completely plain and dishwasher/micorwave safe
*random items such as a single plate or wine glass-they need to be in sets of 4 or more in order to be considered.
