And speaking of porch leaners… we just added this beautiful Pumpkin Topiary Porch Leaner to our website. I absolutely love this one! 🍂🎃

We’ve been busy changing things up around the store, and this whole section has a fresh new look! I’m loving all the soft greens, warm woods and fall touches together.

And can we talk about that artwork?! 😍 We just received more beautiful new pieces from one of our local makers, and they completely make this display.

Just a reminder for the September long weekend …we’re open today from 10 a.m.–5 p.m. and closed Monday.

I’ve told you before that fall is my favourite, and I had so much fun redoing our pipe shelving for the season. I love all the warm, rich colours, cozy textures and little bits of fall tucked in everywhere.

And of course, one of my favourite things this time of year, right through Christmas, is lighting. Give me all the little lamps, twinkle lights and glowing candles. These pumpkin candles are SO pretty lit up and add just the right amount of cozy.

I think this might be one of my favourite displays we’ve done. 🤎🍂

The Primitive Lane is still accepting résumés for a friendly, dependable team member! We’re currently reviewing the résumés we’ve already received but are still accepting new applications.

This position will be seasonal to start, with the potential to become permanent.

We’re looking for someone who:

• Loves helping customers
• Is reliable, hardworking and comfortable working independently
• Can help unpack orders, merchandise displays and keep the store looking beautiful
• Is available to work approximately four days per week, including weekdays and Saturdays
• Is comfortable learning our point-of-sale system
• Enjoys a busy retail environment

Retail experience is an asset, but we’re happy to train the right person. Hours and days may vary from week to week.

We’ve been having so much fun decorating with all of the new artwork that’s been arriving. I absolutely love the warm, muted colours in these pieces — they completely changed this whole section of the store.

And that big fall wagon piece… 😍 It might be one of my favourites. Locally made if course 🇨🇦

If you know me, you know I LOVE, LOVE wildflowers. 🤎🌾 And I’m having a really hard time not taking these home!

These beautiful wildflower prints are from one of our local makers, and I just love everything about them—the soft colours, the prairie feel and all those tiny wildflower details.

There are several different scenes and sizes, and they look so pretty mixed in with all the warm fall textures in the store right now.

A closer look at all the fall goodness 🍂🧡

There are so many pretty little details in this display that they deserved their own post. New fall florals, cozy pillows, locally made artwork, pumpkins, mugs and all those warm fall colours are filling up the store.

We’ve been busy changing things over for the season and there is SO much more tucked throughout the store. 🍁
