Why do you offer a 90 night trial when other mattress companies give only 30 to 60? After years of sleeping on another mattress, you may need time to adjust to a better support and alignment of a new mattress. We want to be sure that you have the time to get your best night's sleep, every night. According to sleep experts, the human body needs a good 4-6 weeks to experience the full benefits of a new mattress. This is because a new mattress, in some cases, can actually recondition your back muscles, joints, tendons and ligaments. When a qualifying mattress protector is purchased from us (ask in store for more details) your mattress is covered by our 90 night sleep guarantee exchange policy. The exchange is a one for one exchange, for any mattress we carry. If you're unsatisfied in the first 90 nights after your purchase, call us. Our experienced staff will work with you to answer your questions and resolve your concerns. When the mattress is brought back, it must be in new condition, free of any wear, dirt, hair, stains or smells (purfume, smoke, etc). The mattress must be returned wrapped in plastic and cardboard for protection during shipment. All associated transportation costs are the responsibility of the customer.
