So incredibly happy to be a part of City of Courtenay ‘s McPhee Meadows. We finally have water hooked up!!!!! (Photos are from about a month ago). Huge Thankyou to Kerry for all his mastery & Iritex for all their knowledge and supplies. Thank-you also so much to Greg, Adam & Stu. (And, to my team for keeping up on the invasive plant management). ☀️❤️ My daughter absolutely loves turning on the h2o here. And my dog loves the river access.

GUESS THE SEED ?!?!? (Super unique look but a fairly common plant….) Blooms in spring. Flowers face downward. Small plant. There are indoor and outdoor varieties sold at retailers all the time…. (Guess in the comments! No cheating.)

Hi! A lil snap of me. Hope everyone is doing well out there! We have been incredibly busy this season. Which is great. But, also requires a looooooot of balancing and coordination.
Logistics are crucial. Timing is vital. I am forever grateful to allllllllll the limbs of this tree which make each day possible. Our plant suppliers Green Thumb Garden Centre GARDENWORKS Paradise Plants Garden Centre East Richmond Nurseries Inc. Dinter Nursery . Our irrigation installers. Our machine operator magee landscaping . Our local designers. All the delivery trucks, soil & aggregate suppliers, transportation providers, repair & rental shops….. all the things. And of course, OUR TEAM & OUR CLIENTS. Without you, none of this would be possible. Thank-you. 💚

1 yr post install. Gardens, hardscapes, carpentry. It is aging beautifully and we just topped everything up with a nice layer of compost. The lawn also got its annual topdress & overseed. 🌾🌺🌻 34 hours cleanup, transplanting, amending + mulch in 1 day. Allllllll done by my fab team of ladies. 💪🏼

Another day, another 10 tonnes of rocks. 🪨

On Wednesday, we met a dog with the coolest tail. 🌈 And, we did a 60 labour-hour spring clean in one day.
And, the clients were legit the nicest and most lovely humans (and dogs) ever. Once we finish there and get mulch down I’ll share some pics 😊

1200 square feet of extra parking space for a local non-profit support agency that specializes in care for individuals with diverse abilities. The caretakers/staff were previously parking on spare areas of lawn. Which is not ideal. Muddy and gross in the winter and powdery dry in the summer. Lawncare teams had to navigate around the parked vehicles and nobody likes that. So! We installed a parking pad & edging (4x4 Timbers) around the perimeter of it. Super stoked on this. Yes it’s simple but so functional! Enjoy !
