Hello everyone,

On behalf of Old World Kitchens, I am writing to address a recent incident with our company vehicle and concerns raised on social media.

First and foremost we want to express our sincere apologies for the distress and harm this incident has caused. This is unacceptable behaviour and something we take very seriously. The actions of the driver do not reflect the values and standards of this business. We are currently addressing this internally to ensure such behaviour is not repeated. Effective immediately the employee in question has been placed on work suspension pending an investigation into the incident to inform us on further action needed.

We are committed to the safety of people in our community as well as the safety of our employees, and as such, we are exploring new protocols for our employee vehicles to ensure this situation does not happen again. Your feedback and concerns are important to us and we are committed to making things right.
