Let the light in!
The home design is a contemporary interpretation of a farmhouse. The big-sky prairie landscape is the predominant view in all directions. There is a big welcoming porch on 3 sides of the house. The floorplan is very open but the rustic qualities of the materials, especially the wood posts and bents in the vaulted ceiling, make a warm and comfortable family environment.

Renovation design brief: I want it to look like a hotel.
Swapping locations of the shower and WC made a huge difference to the functionality and feeling of extra space in the same footprint.
