Conversely, opting for a unit that is too large will frequently turn on and off, leaving the room feeling humid and uncomfortable.
Quick Room Sizing Reference:

9,000 BTU: Perfect for small bedrooms or home offices (up to 18m²)
12,000 BTU: Suitable for medium bedrooms or living areas (up to 25m²)
18,000 BTU: Ideal for open-plan lounges or conference rooms (up to 35m²)
24,000 BTU+: Best for large commercial spaces and master halls (up to 50m²+)
Note: Ceiling height and direct sunlight exposure can also influence the required sizing.
