Yes, another two festivals done! Two stages at the two day Brakrock punkrock festival, followed by the Ranonkelfeesten. Up to the very busy end of august

With Rock Herk (in cooperation with L&L stageservice) and Afro Latino in Genk, we finished the month of July in the province of Limburg very successfully.
The heart of our system is practically always the Adamson S10 cabinet, that we fly from 5 till 16 cabinets per side, depending on the size of the festival. Low end is provided by our own designed S18 cabinets, providing punch while still able to produce sub content below 30Hz. Desk were a combination of Digico SD and Yamaha DM/CL series.

First round of festivals done, the outdoor season is running smooth and very successful. Starting with Festival Speciaal, going on to Goezot, and scaling up to three stages at belgiums largest metal festival, Graspop Metal Meeting. And ending so far in our home town with a festival called Stoeber.

Our Lake LMX88 system rack got a little brother, the LMX48. But actually not so little, because the LMX48 has the same processing power as the LMX88, only with less physical I/O. That’s is mainly an issue for AES inputs, what we solved with additional AVIO Dante modules.

New connector panels for new amps

KO-sound has delivered 24 brand new S18 subwoofers to rental company Wesa productions.
Motor of the S18 is a powerful 18 inch low frequency driver with an edgewound 4 inch voicecoil, being able to handle 3200W peak. With a linear displacement of 1,6 cm and an optimized vented design, the S18 is capable of producing frequencies down to 30Hz. The incorporated horn in turn delivers musical punch, making the S18 suitable for both concert and EDM productions. The single 18” design brings the flexibility to use the cabinet as single unit, per 2 or 3 on a dolly, or as a cardiod setup with one cabinet reversed.
