About the Role

We are not looking for just an employee; we are looking for a decision maker who will be an experienced and dependable business development manager who can contribute to business growth while overseeing key HR, administrative, and financial operations.

Key Responsibilities
---
✅ Support business growth and identify potential opportunities, partnerships, and clients
✅ Coordinate day-to-day office operations and ensure smooth internal processes
✅ Manage recruitment coordination, onboarding, attendance, leave, and employee records
✅ Maintain professional communication with employees, clients, and external stakeholders.
✅ Handle office expenses, invoices, payment records, and basic financial documentation
✅ Coordinate internal meetings, schedules, reports, and management requirements
✅ Support employee performance tracking and maintain workplace discipline
✅ Maintain confidential company, employee, and financial records

Key Requirements
