5. 'ডেলিভারি এবং পেমেন্ট প্রসেস' বিভাগে অনুরোধ অনুযায়ী সঠিক তথ্য প্রদান করুন। মনে রাখবেন যে আপনার দেওয়া সঠিক তথ্য আপনার পণ্যের ডেলিভারি প্রক্রিয়াকে ত্বরান্বিত করবে।

6. তারপর আপনি পরবর্তী ধাপে যেতে 'Next Step' বোতামে ক্লিক করুন।

7. পরবর্তী ধাপে যান এবং আপনার অর্ডারের সারাংশ পুনরায় পরীক্ষা করুন।

8. আপনি কোন ডেলিভারি চান তা চেক করুন: ঢাকার ভিতরে নরমাল বা এক্সপ্রেস ডেলিভারি।

9. আপনার যদি কোন বিশেষ নোট/নির্দেশ থাকে তাহলে একটি অর্ডার নোট যোগ করুন।

10. সবকিছু সঠিক হলে 'নিশ্চিত করুন'।

11. আমাদের প্রতিনিধি 12-24 ঘন্টার মধ্যে ফোনে আপনার সাথে যোগাযোগ করবে৷

Delivery Information :
আমরা বাংলাদেশের সকল শহরের এলাকায় হোম ডেলিভারি প্রদান করছি। ঢাকার ভিতরে, নরমাল ডেলিভারিতে ২৪-৪৮ ঘন্টা সময় লাগবে, ঢাকার বাইরে, ৭২-১২০ ঘন্টা লাগতে পারে।

Return Policy :
আপনি যদি এমন একটি পণ্য পান যা শিপিং-এ ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত, ত্রুটিপূর্ণ বা আপনার অর্ডার করা পণ্য নয়, তাহলে
অনুগ্রহ করে এটি শপিং কর্নারে ফেরত দিন এবং আমরা বিনিময়ের ব্যবস্থা করব
তবে কিছু শর্ত প্রযোজ্য। ঐগুলি :

ডেলিভারি পার্সনের সামনে (ঢাকার ভিতরে) অর্ডার চেক করতে হবে।

যদি আপনি কোনো ত্রুটি খুঁজে পান এবং আপনি মনে করেন যে আপনাকে পণ্যটি ফেরত দিতে হবে, তাহলে যত তাড়াতাড়ি সম্ভব একটি ছবি সহ "গ্রাহক পরিষেবা বিভাগ" কে জানান এবং অবিলম্বে তা ফেরত দিন। (ঢাকার ভিতরে)

পণ্যটি ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত হলে তা প্রাপ্তির পর অবিলম্বে জানাতে হবে এবং পণ্যটি প্রাপ্তির দিন থেকে 3 দিনের মধ্যে ফেরত দিতে হবে। (ঢাকার বাইরে)

পণ্যটি অবশ্যই অক্ষত থাকতে হবে, তবে ব্যতিক্রম হতে পারে (যদি পণ্যটি ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত হয়)।

ব্যবহৃত বা জড়ান পণ্য বিনিময় বা ফেরতের জন্য বিবেচনা করা হবে না।

Refund policy :

একবার আমরা আপনার ফেরত পণ্যটি পেয়ে গেলে, পণ্যটি পণ্য উন্নয়ন এবং পরিদর্শন বিভাগে পাঠানো হবে। সমস্যাটি যাচাই করতে 1-2 কার্যদিবস সময় লাগবে এবং যাচাই করার পরে, যদি এটি পাওয়া যায় যে দাবিটি বৈধ, তাহলে পণ্যটি বিনিময় করা হবে বা 7-10 দিনের মধ্যে অর্থ ফেরত দেওয়া হবে।

Refund:

Once we receive your returned product, the product will be forwarded to the Product Development and Inspection Department. It will take 1-2 business days to verify the issue and after verification, if it is found that the claim is valid, then the product will be exchanged or money will be refunded within 7-10 days. Return:

If you receive a product that is damaged in shipping, defective or that is not the product you ordered, please return it to Shopping Corner and we'll arrange for a replacement. Those are:

·Order must be checked in front of the delivery person (Inside Dhaka).

·If you find any defect and you think you need to return the product, inform the “Customer Service Department” as soon as possible along with a picture and return it instantly. (Inside Dhaka)

·If the product is damaged it must be informed immediately after receiving and returned within 3 days from the day the product has been received. (Outside Dhaka)

·Product must be intact, however, there can be exceptions (if the product is damaged).

·Used or Swathed products will not be considered for exchange or refund.

·If the customer chooses or places an order by themselves and wants to return/change the product (except damaged products) the request will not be accepted.

·And in case of return for exceptional circumstances, the customer must pay the transportation cost.

·Original Invoice must be returned along with the product.
