We Are Hiring Officer / Sr. Officer, B2G Sales

Qualifications:
Education: B. Sc in EEE from a reputed university
Knowledge: Sales Planning, Product Knowledge, Market Promotions, Tender Knowledge
Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD, PVsyst, Sketchup, Smart Draw, SolidWorks, and engineering drawing.
Experience: Minimum 2 to 4 years’ experience in Sales for Engineering Products.

KEY SUCCESS FACTORS
Clear understanding of present status of local solar technology and its application along with the scope of future development considering global perspective
On time collection of payment

WORKING RELATIONSHIP
Internal: Head of Business, Head of Sales and other departmental heads, team members
External: Customers, Government agencies

Responsibilities
* Meet or exceed individual sales targets outlined in the Annual Business Plan.
* Identify and pursue sales leads within the market to drive business expansion.
* Develop solar system designs aligned with both company and customer specifications (including Site Survey, Electrical Design & Simulation, DC & AC Cable Design, SLD Design, etc.).
* Compile Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and Bills of Materials (BOM), along with Technical and Financial proposals.
* Searching and selecting business related tender and reporting to the management on daily basis.
* Review Request for Proposal (RFP), EOI, and Tender Notices to identify submission requirements, deadlines, and compliance criteria.
* Prepare and share weekly and monthly sales reports.
* Communicate and address customer complaints promptly, striving to resolve them within agreed-upon timeframes to enhance customer satisfaction.
