Our Director, Jake, has lived with epilepsy since he was 10 years old. It’s been a big part of his life, from years of medication and setbacks growing up, to learning how to manage it while still getting on with everything he wanted to do.
Throughout September, Jake is taking part in Step for Epilepsy Action, running for 26 minutes every day for 30 days to help raise awareness and funds for epilepsy support, education and research.
His family will be joining him as part of the team, with a goal of raising $2,000.
For Jake, it’s also about showing younger people living with epilepsy that while it might change your path, it doesn’t have to decide where that path takes you.
If you’d like to support Jake and the team, we’ll have the donation link available through our page, (link in bio).
26 Minutes. No Limits.

Yes. We often work with Cade Turner Designs and can recommend them to clients who need help with the design and planning side of their project.
We’re also happy to work with your existing architect or building designer if you already have someone involved.
Having the builder and designer working together early can make the whole process easier and help make sure what’s being designed can actually be built the way you want it.

This existing laundry is being transformed into a dedicated home office, with the new room extending into part of the garage to create the extra space needed.
A renovation doesn’t have to work around the home’s existing layout. We can rework walls, change room sizes and adjust the floor plan to make better use of the space you already have.
This is a great example of taking an underused area of the home and turning it into a space that better suits how the owners live and work today.

Another new project underway in Collaroy Plateau.
We’re starting with the foundations for a new extension, which forms part of a major renovation of this home.
The last two photos show what we’re working with before the transformation begins. There’s plenty planned for this one, and we’re looking forward to showing you how much this home changes over the coming months.
Follow along as the project takes shape.

A complete change from the original 70s interior.
Dark brick, timber ceilings and dark floors replaced with white finishes, light timber flooring and a modern coastal look.
Swipe to see where it started.

Making the most of a small space is important, especially in a bathroom where you still need everything to fit comfortably.
For this bathroom, we used a wall-mounted basin and open shower to avoid closing in the room, while the large mirror and frosted window help bring more light through the space.
