I have caught myself in this situation more times than I care to admit 😂

Content creation is an interesting beast……for me I’m either on fire with it and banging out content left right and centre……or it’s crickets!

A big day for Coastal Drift….. our LAST DAY in a physical retail space! 🫣🥳

I’m EXCITED! You know when you just have that feeling……the feeling that things are just right! That’s how I feel today!

I’m in store for our last day at Kawana, then heading away for a couple of days to refresh and get ready to empty the store Monday and make my vision come to life in the warehouse!

Relaxed luxe linen……there’s something about it that just makes you feel great!!

What will make you feel even better is I don’t want to move the stock out of the shop when we move to the warehouse at the end of the week……SOOOOO I’ve taken 30-50% off clothing!

When you check the shipping ETA on your stock and the reply is “sorry I have to close my office because a typhoon is due to hit Southern China”

My first instinct was suspicion (I know…..I’m a terrible person). But the relationship is relatively new so I still keep my wits about me!

Anyway, after a quick chat with my mate it confirmed a typhoon was due to make landfall the following day!

My suspicion immediately turned to concern! How scary for my agent to be going through something so scary!!

So I guess the thing we can ALL take away from this, is that delays are often out of the businesses control. Things are happening that you wouldn’t even imagine!
