Busy, busy, busy! Quick sneak peek into a sensational project we have been honoured to work on.

A new build based in a glorious beach destination on the Mornington Peninsula, this home delivers quiet luxury, heavenly curves and calming tones in every aspect.

Each space embodies a relaxed design and colour template using superior finishes by Polytec. We are blessed to be working with the wonderful homeowner and a talented designer - their support, knowledge and encouragement have been nothing short of amazing. Honest, trustworthy and seriously classy - they deserve nothing but the best.

This project ticked every box for us! Why? Patrick, our Client:

- Was the dream client - friendly, laid back and genuine
- Had invested financially in a professional Designer to being his vision alive
- Patrick ensured the colours and finishes were decided when he engaged us - 3 different polytec materials were used for the full design
- He had thought out design aspects such as drawers, electrical outlets, function and form where considered
- Was clear on the “hero” aspects of this feature - the lower cabinets surrounded and incorporated a stunning gas fire feature

Joinery designs such as Patrick’s adds that finishing touch (who clocked that divine dining table pendant light? 😍) to an already spectacular space.

Overall, when Clients are aware that bespoke projects such as this Entertainment unit are an investment, the discussion shifts from “how much” to “let’s do it and do it right”.

It’s not about the $$ for us - projects like these bring joy to our souls!

An opening for a kitchen installation has become available in January 2026 - normally we have up to a 3 month wait period! As cabinet and joinery manufacturers we are not reliant on other businesses who are closed over Xmas and January.

We are honoured to have been chosen to fully fit out this amazing new home in Sorrento. Designed with the utmost care and a strong vision, this home will whisper luxury, instil calm and carry through with a timeless elegance. The brief for all cabinetry and joinery is oversized to balance out the airy and spacious rooms, married with smooth rounded corners and hand crafted features. This project is for a new build and all areas have been designed to complement each other - creating a seamless transition from room to room. Each area of the home uses the same colour variations which creates a feeling of continuity and warmth. All vanities are the same finish, the laundry and adjoining mud room in yet another colour finish. The bedrooms and linen closets reflect each other through the colour choices and shelving. As a standalone masterpiece, the kitchen uses the same base colour as the laundry and mud room for the lower cabinets - tying in nicely with each area. Whilst a beautifully large and well appointed appliance cabinet is finished in the silkiest and refined colour choice of all. The effect is one of organise flow, tranquility and confidence. Refined elegance at its best. All finishes by @polytec - Husk, Moss Grey Matt and Ligurian Walnut. @blumaustralia hinges and @nikpolaustralia drawer hardware. Wanting something different? Consider the new trend of a half tiled with the top half a shower screen. This design allows light into your shower area, while providing privacy for those in the shower. Likewise a nib wall at half height can work as a privacy screen for your toilet.

Not too sure about the nib wall? Consider a mid height tiled ledge around your entire shower instead of a niche - a neater, cleaner, more up to date way to create that storage space and feels seamless and integrated into the bones of the bathroom.
