Landrover D3, TDV6
A mixture of issues, some age related, Typical EGR blockages and oil cooler leakages, brittle plastic hose union & perishing hoses.
A very messy & time consuming job, loads of cleaning required, Block valley degreased and cleaned, New Genuine oil cooler, gaskets & cooler pipe work as required.
Glow plugs are always recommended while we are working in the valley.
throttle body carbon cleaned out, new body Oring seals.
Plastic Intakes, carbon removed as carefully as we can safely reach internally.
Repaired & back on the road again 👍
The Motor can breath a little better & a oil leak that wont be dripping on the clients driveway any longer.👍
Im 99% sure the valve train
Could do with some serious cleaning too….
Its a shame we can’t just turn the engine inside out & give it a soak and a scrub😁😂
