Recently, the team successfully installed 40-tonne generators onto a Level 3 gantry, utilising our GMK6450-1 equipped with a 25-metre luffing jib attachment.

Careful planning, precise ex*****on, and a highly skilled crew ensured the lifts were completed safely and efficiently, even within the project's challenging constraints.

A great result for our client and another example of delivering complex lifting solutions with confidence.

Our crane operators are known for their massive brains … but even they like a little backup!

Enter the LMI (Load Moment Indicator) — basically the crane’s way of saying:
“Hey mate… maybe don’t lift that.”

These smart systems keep an eye on everything — load weight, boom angle, reach — and will beep, flash, and carry on if things get a bit sketchy.

Think of it as a high-tech safety mate in the cab, making sure every lift stays safe, steady, and exactly where it should be.

Because at Skylift, it’s not just about lifting big things…it’s about making sure everyone goes home safe at the end of the day.
