Nice little balcony rebuild. Tired old timber floor replaced with James Hardie AU flooring from Bowens • Timber & Hardware Supplies , primed, waterproofed and Tiled with a timber look tile - to keep the original aesthetic.
Cleaned up the wrought iron ballustrades, minimised the timbers, new handrail, shingles and a lick of paint.
Plenty of life left in the old Dame.

Nice little project to remove a rotten, poorly built water feature, then replace it with a sleek modern spout. Making heaps more room for the sun chairs and relaxing.

Welcome to the family PON nailer and fresh new FrameMaster.
Grips and brackets are going on with ease.
Plus the new FrameMaster is lighter and packs more punch than the older one!!!

Current little project in Mt Eliza. Re-lining the roof, but first have to dismantle, replace rotten timbers, remove tiles and battens, line roof, inso, sark, batten, tile..... gonna be a fun one!

Nice little staircase rebuild and makeover.
Previous Renovation had some (cough cough) corners cut and they decided to adjust the 100yo stairs with some MDF additions - minus glue, screws or an understanding of stair construction.

Needless to say, the bottom winder notified the whole house of any traffic going up or down 🤣

Fully rebuilt with some beautiful from . Lots of screws, glue and correction of design later, we have a beautiful, solid staircase ready for the next 100 yrs.

Sanded and polished by , and unfortunately only seeing the edges of the beautiful work.

Paint matched and touched up, then Mornington sent Stephen out to shape a masterpiece carpet runner with amazingly fancy brass rods 😍

Super proud of our makeover and returning this old beauty to the glory days.

Out with the shoddy finger-joint merbau, rotten treated pine fixed to the paving with now clearance.....

In with the sparkling, straight, concealed fixing Blackbean and low clearance aluminium subfloor system 🤩
