This extension renovation at 73 Kent St blends modern finishes with the home’s original character. Featuring herringbone oak flooring throughout, a light filled open living area with skylights, a custom steel window and door system opening to the rear, a bespoke kitchen with stone island and integrated timber dining table, and a refined bathroom with floor to ceiling tiles and brass fittings.
