⚠️ CREATORS… WATCH THIS BEFORE YOU POUR!

If you’re a fellow creator who works with moulds and casting resin, you’ll want to see what happened to me this morning. 😳

I often test new products—or products that are new to me—before I ever recommend them to you or decide to stock them myself. And THIS is exactly why.

This morning I tested a low-cost, fast-casting resin made in China. It was a brand-new, unopened and sealed package that only arrived about two weeks ago.

I mixed the two liquids and started pouring into my moulds. After pouring just a few, I could already tell something was seriously wrong, so I STOPPED.

This video was taken only around 3 minutes after mixing… and the resin left in the cup was already HARD. 😳

A fast-casting resin should give you some working time to pour into your moulds before it begins setting, with a cure time of around 10 minutes. But look closely at these photos—the amount of bubbling is terrible. You can even see the chemical reaction continuing in the cup.

And the smell? Like petrol. 🤢 I’ve never experienced anything like that with my usual casting resin.

Needless to say, this one will NOT be making it onto my shelves. ❌ This is why I test products myself before putting my name behind them.

A little knee drama changed my plans… but apparently not my need to create! 😂🎨

After my painful knee incident just over a week ago, our dining table has officially become my little creation desk. And being stuck at home gave me the perfect excuse to look around and think… “Hmm, what can I paint next?” 👀
Then this guy started calling my name! 🛶✨ So, of course, I gave him a brand-new look.

Final reveal coming this afternoon! 💕

Soft, romantic… and a little bit dreamy. From something simple to something beautifully unique — this one stole my heart. 🌸

I gave this sweet piece a soft blush, timeworn finish, layered with delicate details and those gorgeous dimensional roses for a touch of old-world romance. 🤍✨
