A really valuable day with the CMS team. 🙌

Our team visited the CMS showroom yesterday for some hands-on training and to learn more about the latest in power and connectivity solutions.

Their showroom was incredibly neat and well presented, and it really showed us how sophisticated power solutions can be when they’re designed into a workspace properly.

We also learned more about how CMS continues to make their solutions simpler for resellers like us, while creating a better experience for the end client too.

We’re excited to take what we learned and start sharing more of these solutions with our clients.

And of course, we finished the day with a lovely lunch at with the CMS team. 😊

Another look at our Point Hotel project ✨ This time, the staff workspace.

This office was designed to create a practical, organised environment that supports the team throughout their day.

Shared workstations make efficient use of the space, while privacy screens help define each work area without closing the room off. Adjustable monitor arms give staff more flexibility with their individual setup, and ergonomic task seating provides the adjustability and support needed for longer periods of seated work.

Storage is kept close to each workstation, helping keep the desktops clear and the overall space functional and easy to work in.

It’s a simple example of how the right combination of furniture, ergonomics and thoughtful planning can turn a compact staff area into a comfortable, practical workplace.

This campus space was designed to support the way students and teams actually work together, gathering around one large shared surface, moving between discussion and individual work, and having power available where it’s needed.

The long table creates a central place for collaboration, while mobile task chairs give users the flexibility to move, turn and reconfigure themselves throughout the day.

Look a little closer and you’ll also see the softwiring integrated beneath the table. Power is brought down from the ceiling through cable management spines and distributed neatly through under-table cable trays, helping keep cables contained and off the floor while providing convenient access along the workspace.

It’s one of those details that may not be the first thing you notice but it makes a big difference to how practical the space is every day.

A good learning environment isn’t only about what furniture goes into the room. It’s about making the furniture, technology and infrastructure work together.
