A complex, compound-curve capping detail to a custom staircase.
The curved wreath section was composed of multiple leaves, face-laminated on site to achieve the required radius, before returning to the workshop for final machining and shaping.
This hybrid approach allowed the curved, organic geometry to be formed accurately while maintaining the control required to deliver the precision, consistency and surface quality expected of our timber joinery.

While we are typically geared for volume production, we are always happy to assist where we can. This short run of large-format handrail profiles in Blackbutt is a good example.
Required to match an existing profile, the 165 × 45 mm finished section, machined on both faces, presents a challenge for many, however this highlights the flexibility & capability of our workshop.
What’s your challenge?

84 Individually sized doors and jamb sets, colour matched and delivered to exacting quality expectations.
Working to a time-pressured program requiring precision machining and careful coordination.
5-axis capability enabled edge machining of door closer mortices, drop seal rebates & corner-cleaning programs to produce square internal corners efficiently.
Parametric programming allowed rapid setup across 84 individually sized doors.
To protect the finished pieces during interstate transport, we supplied custom packing crates—designed not only for safe transit, but also to minimise handling and reduce packaging waste on site.
