The Collaboration between the American Subcontractors Association-Midwest Council & the AGC of Missouri elevated the event and brought the important industry people together in one great space on a HOT St. Louis afternoon.

Our Wine Down with Women's Council event gathered 50 women from the STL Construction Community at Wild Crush Wine Bar! We enjoyed wine, a refreshing Frose specialty drink & small bites at a fantastic venue in Town & Country.

It was an afternoon filled with conversations, new connections, and the opportunity to strengthen relationships with women from every corner of our industry. Events like these remind us that some of the most valuable professional opportunities begin with simply taking the time to connect with one another.

Building a strong network of women in construction is about creating a supportive community where we can share experiences, celebrate successes, learn from one another, and encourage the next generation of women entering our industry. Together, we become stronger leaders, better collaborators, and stronger advocates for our profession when we gather together for events like this one.

Thank you to everyone who joined us and helped make this event such a success. Special kudos to our Women's Council Peer Group committee chair Megan Swanson with Swanson Masonry, Inc for bringing this event to our members & future members 😉
