Demo, Kitchen work, landscaping etc. Employees will also take on the role of tending to masons for brick, block and stone setting on occasion. The ideal candidate would have a great work ethic while also bringing a ton of energy. Must be able to work long days and weekends. Potential advancement is determined by the development of skills and the ability to learn quickly.

Vasco Services is looking for a Construction Superintendent to manage and oversee multiple commercial renovation in the greater Houston area.
This position will cover:
Manage a team of workers, including work schedules, project progress and resource allocation
Collaborate with clients, Project Managers, other construction management to determine budget and timeline
Create schedules for workers and subcontractors
Hire additional subcontractors and assign work accordingly
Maintain a daily log for the job site’s operations, reporting to management as necessary
Make changes in the operation as necessary to best meet construction deadlines
Implement management techniques that are cost-effective and efficient
