Amenities are more than a checklist—they should reflect the people who will call a community home.
A successful amenity package looks different depending on the market, location, and resident demographic. What resonates in an urban community may be very different from what works in a suburban setting. Young professionals, families, active adults, and different lifestyle groups all have different ways they want to connect, relax, work, play, and spend their time.
That’s why we love designing a mix of spaces—from dog spas and bike storage to libraries, golf simulators, game rooms, movie theaters, bowling, shuffleboard, pool tables, and creative outdoor gathering spaces.
The goal isn’t simply to offer more amenities.
It’s to create the right amenities for the residents.

Work-from-home spaces aren’t exactly a new amenity, but they’re definitely one that stuck.
Before 2020, working remotely was far less common. What started as a necessity quickly became a new way of working, and people realized they didn’t necessarily need to spend every day in an office from 9 to 5 to get their jobs done.
Now, remote and hybrid work are part of everyday life, and multifamily communities have adapted right along with it.
These are a few of the coworking spaces, private work pods, conference areas, and shared meeting spaces we’ve designed for our multifamily projects. They give residents somewhere to work outside of their apartment, without having to commute to an office or take every Zoom call from their kitchen table.
For residents living in smaller spaces, these amenities also extend their living space beyond their front door.
They’ve toured the apartments. They’ve seen the options. Now give them something to remember. ✨
In multifamily design, a model apartment isn’t just there to show off a floor plan. It’s a chance to create the feeling—the one that helps a prospect stop comparing, start picturing themselves there, and remember your community long after the tour.
Because when every community starts to blur together, great design gives yours a reason to stand out.

Who says a mailroom can’t have a little personality? 🐰
One of our favorite little details from a recent install: this unexpected wallcovering featuring a collection of very distinguished bunnies. 😂
The Noble Bunnies Portrait Collection in Duck Egg Blue & Sage Green adds just the right amount of charm and character to this multifamily mail room…Because sometimes the best design moments are the unexpected ones.

A little commercial design inspiration for your feed. ✨
We’re loving these moody office spaces—glass walls, framed artwork, layered textures, and just the right amount of drama.
This same design language can translate beautifully into multifamily amenity spaces, especially coworking areas, private work pods, and resident lounges. A little moodiness can make a workspace feel elevated, intentional, and inviting. 🤎

Because great design isn’t just about the big picture, it’s in every finish, material, texture, and thoughtful selection that brings a space together.
