The photo below is from a recent post by Tolles Career and Technical Center. The same vocational school I graduated from 17 years ago, where I was recruited by a local employer, and where I was even lucky enough to meet my wife Kayla. The young man in the orange shirt is Landon, our most recent hire. He is a senior in the welding program there and has been a great addition to the team. For years we’ve said it’s our duty to pass along the same opportunity I was given years ago. Something of a “pay it forward”, and a sense of pride in knowing a member of our team is bettering themselves and raising blood pressures there, just like we did 😎

On location to finish out the week with Advantage Site Development LLC. A broken rear brace had their tailgate in a bind. Bed sides spread, new better brace fabricated from scratch, and this unit was back to work same day. Thank you!

We picked up this antique cast iron cauldron this week to do a major repair to the bottom. It has been in their family for several generations, and we’re pumped to be part of its story!
