⚜️: "My favorite item is our Salmon Sisig. It’s a well balanced dish in so many way. The fatty flavor of the salmon is paired nicely with the spiced vinegar and citrus mayo and the toppings give it such a good texture - diced onions, fried garlic chips. Then you get the extra garlic flavor from the garlic rice. It’s honestly one of the best dishes we make!"
