R3CONDITION, R3PURPOSE, R3FRESH Giving new life to old furniture.

R3 Furniture was started in August 2017 by three students -- Justin, Humberto and Michael -- in UNC Charlotte’s MBA program. After meeting in their Entrepreneurship class, the students were tasked with a semester-long project of starting a venture. With the influx of young professionals to the Charlotte area, Justin had the idea to turn one of his hobbies -- furniture restoration -- into a business.
