☑️Use up perishables the week before your move.
☑️Do a deep clean.
☑️Finish up by unplugging the unit at least 24 hours before the movers arrive for complete defrosting and drying. Keep towels handy to manage any leaks.

Here's a follow up to our post from Tuesday. That number is crazy, right? But it's 100% true - most people pack a lot more than they actually want to keep. Decluttering is an essential part of the moving and relocation process (unless you want to pay to move stuff you're going to get rid of anyway).
Let go now so you don’t have to unpack it later. ❤️
