A look inside our Manly project, delivered alongside NZ Builders

For this project, we supplied and installed 220 x 15mm Prefinished Engineered European Oak flooring in AB Grade, colour Putty, carried through the home and up the stairs as an overlay with matching nosings.

Outside, we also supplied 850 lineal metres of Trex Transcend Lineage Composite Decking in Biscayne, bringing a warm, cohesive finish from inside to out.

With over two decades in timber floors, Clint's basically a walking encyclopaedia.

He's been with us for nearly ten years with us now, and in that time he's built up something pretty unique. A written diary of every floor and every finish he's ever done. Colours, tints, stains, the lot. It's all in there.

He's the guy you go to when you've got a question about anything timber flooring related, and one of those people who genuinely makes the job better for everyone around him. Always up for a yarn, always happy to help, nothing's ever too much trouble.

Off the tools, Clint's into motorsport and BMX, but mostly he's a family man through and through.

And yes, that last photo is from his personal collection. Clint's been floor sanding since he was 17, back in 2003.

For our Paice project, we installed Engineered European Oak, finished in Loba Invisible. Using the timber's natural grain and character makes it a great option for both modern and traditional homes.
