La zona multietnica è ricca di ristoranti, pizzerie, bar, ed esercizi commerciali di diversa natura. Inoltre molto ben servita dai mezzi pubblici (MM1 Rovereto o Pasteur) a 200 mt e il famoso Corso Buenos Aires a 2 fermate di metro!
