There are in total 12 Rooms. 02 Air Conditioned on-suites, facing the lakes with small dressing area of their own on the second floor. On 1st floor there are 02 Air Conditioned on-suites and 01 Air Conditioned Family/Group on-suite with 04 Beds to accommodate 05 persons, a personal bathroom having two toilets and a bath area, and 01 Air Conditioned Family/Group on-suite with 02 Beds to accommodate 04 persons. On Ground floor there are 03 Air Conditioned on-suites and 02 smaller rooms with good size Beds at the rear. The ground floor has a big common room, giving you a place to conduct meetings, interact with fellow occupants or entertain your guests as per the need. The Ground floor even has a small buffet area, offering a place to dine and enjoy the home cooked meals at fixed hours. At a time we can accommodate up to 40 persons with 23 on beds & rest with extra beds on floor inside the Air Conditioned Suites itself. Apart from 10 attached Western Toilets there are 03 Indian toilets & a Powder Bath Room too. Facilities provided in every room
