* Experience in domestic construction
* Proven track record in renovations, extensions, conversions & new builds
* Own tools
* Transport available
* Strong work ethic and reliability
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team

🌿 Landscaper / Skilled Labourer (Additional)

* Experience in landscaping preferred
* Knowledge of paving, turfing, foundations, drainage & general outdoor works

PAYE - Joiner required:

Great rate of pay

38 hours over a four day week

Friday/Monday off every 4 weeks

Company van (full driving licence required)

Company uniform

Pension

28 days paid holiday per annum with 1 day annual increase per year for loyalty service to max 32

Own tools preferred

All work in private homes around central Scotland area

Must be:

- Fully qualified with min 6 years experience
- Read architect & structural drawings
- Good knowledge & all round joinery skills in kitchens, bathrooms, extensions, renovations & conversions
- Work to the highest standards
- Good communication, attendance & timekeeping
- Work alone and as part of our building team
