It is not very often I am left speechless or reduced to tears, but look at this lovely bit of kit.
I am always asked what I want for birthdays and Christmas and trying to prepare, asked my amazing Dad if he could make me a sewing box. Well I have certainly got that. Look at the hinges, the joints the handle, it's own little stand amazing 😍
All hand made by him along with the obligatory cursing, and no doubt there was blood loss.
I am eternally grateful to have him in my life and for his skill.

Seeing a lot of posts about this and people now wanting to pay for talent.
When something is handmade, hand finished, designed, printed, painted, sewn etc the time, love and skill that is in it matters. It matters to the maker, they want to see you happy with what they have made..
It's personal, a one off, and more than likely Designer which you would happily pay more for.
Please reach out and support the skill of a crafter, pay them rather than the big companies.

Home after a nice but stressful day!
Lots of people but very little spending unfortunately.
The wind has given me and general passers by an extra job in chasing things and picking up items that have blown away.
But we have seen lots of different people, some we haven't seen for a while, which was good.
Going to have to rethink about what things I make as pitch fees are more costly than the sales.
If anyone wants something specific, or has seen something that I have done and would like to give feedback then please let me know.
I love making and creating 🪡🧵🖌️ but when it's not bought it makes me sad and I have to find room to store it 😱🤔
