Project Highlight | Dentsu, Edinburgh

For Dentsu’s new 7,000 sq ft Edinburgh workplace, K2 Space transformed the historic Stamp Office on Princes Street into a contemporary workplace designed around its collaborative “One Dentsu” approach.

Spacestor supplied two Portals Room meeting pods alongside a Portico phone booth, creating a variety of enclosed spaces for meetings, workshops, focused work and private calls. The two Portals Rooms were intentionally specified differently: one with a built-in meeting table for structured collaboration, and one left unfurnished to provide complete flexibility for workshops, one-to-ones or individual focus work.

Accessibility was also considered from the outset, with both Portals Rooms providing step-free access and enough space for a full wheelchair turning circle. Finished in soft orange upholstery, sleek black cladding and complemented by green accents, the Spacestor products sit seamlessly within the calming, contemporary interior.

A thoughtful combination of privacy, flexibility and accessibility, all within one of Edinburgh’s most iconic listed buildings.
