Don’t mess with Keith ahaha

On today’s edition of #CatalogSpotlight, we are watching this iconic clip of the great @officialkeef clubbing a fan with his guitar back during a 1981 performance of @therollingstones classic, “Satisfaction.” What better way to celebrate Keith than share this clip that shows what we all love about the man. When a fan rushes the stage, Keith comes out swinging to protect his band. After the fan is subdued, he drops right back into playing the classic tune, barely missing a beat. Legend has it that Richards originally composed “Satisfaction” in a dream. He woke up with the riff in his head, grabbed his guitar and hit record on a tape machine before falling back asleep. It was only the next day he realized what he had when he played the tape back and heard 30 seconds of the iconic riff on acoustic guitar, followed by 30 minutes of his snoring.
