I have been working hard lately to finish as many pieces of furniture as I can. I've done a pair of pine bedside tables and restored an MCM oak sideboard.

I’ve been working on my furniture over the past few days, now that the weather is getting warmer.
I am so happy to be finished with this pine chest of drawers.
I gave the top a paint wash with Algonquin and then waxed it. The body is painted in Steam green by 💚

As the warmer days return, I am slowly getting back to work in my garage workshop, which (sadly) still has no heating.
I managed to restore a beautiful MCM side table that I would love to show you.
I bought it from Marketplace with a cigarette burn mark on the top. The original owner had tried to sand it off, but didn't have much luck.
I had to remove all the varnish from the top and recoat the entire surface.
This beautiful table was also very dirty and dusty, so I had to start with a thorough half-hour cleaning.
It's ready to find its new home now🤎
