Another bin flipper repair. Things get old and rusty just a matter of time before they break. No need to replace the whole arm. Just a bit of welding some new plates and re-enforcing welds and you’re good to flip another million bins.

Small John deer skid steer repair job. The four bolts for the counterweights snapped clean off and sadly but also luckily one was un removable due to the threads being completely jammed up, luckily the nut that was welded inside, was accessible from the battery compartment so I was able to cut out the nut and weld a new one. Only other negative was…. of course the bolts are John deer specific threads so no choice but to pay a little extra for some nuts and bolts. All in all client was happy job was done, and done properly. no mix and match bolts🙌🙌
