I stitched up this triceratops draft a while back using this amazingly soft speckled yarn. She’s definitely a prototype, and I’m planning to make some structural tweaks to the pattern soon to perfect the final shape.

My daughter and I went to Play with Clay in Fergus a couple weeks ago for a fun night out together. I said “wouldn’t it be great for me to find a sheep I could paint for my business?”

Now I know this is technically a lamb but, hey, close enough! It was the only one they had because it came from a vintage lot (1980’s) that they had just purchased the day before. It was meant to be.

For my first time painting clay, I am thrilled with the result!
