These Hands GSSE

Catch our Lesoma Innovation Center manager Ernest GB Gobuiwamang live on Radio Botswana tomorrow from 2pm as he will be sharing insights about

1. Their These Hands GSSE supported rural innovation center as a youth empowerment intervention;
2. Their Botswana Innovation Fund supported mombaimbai organic washing powder project;
3.Their maize milling technology project;
4. PEP plastic brick making technology project;
5. The Lesoma Trust as an anchoring social enterprise to help drive their innovation center projects; and
6. Successes, gaps and support they need in their journey to carve their own development pathways, grow their skills and create employment opportunities for other youth and the unemployed within the community.

The collective total is now $329,199.44 USD from 5,461 unique donors, which we're pretty awesome!!

This means that every project will get a $1,000 USD bonus on top of the matching grants from the $1 million USD pool.

Ma Earth's stretch goal is $500,000 USD in crowd donations.

So far our Slash for Cash supported project has contributed $827 USD from 19 unique donors towards this collective goal.

Remember this is not your typical crowdfunding campaign which relies on a handful of big donors.

Quadratic funding redistributes power to communities.

With quadratic funding, the number of people who contribute matters more than the size of their contribution.

More donors means more matching funds are unlocked for our project and other projects too.

So a small contribution of even $1 USD or how much you spend on a cup of coffee will go a long way in unlocking regeneration value across the world.
